Holy Island Tours Branding

Updated: Jun 14

Cruise ship season is massive for a little town like Holyhead. This is where local business thrives and puts their best foot forward to welcome the many visitors that fill up town.

Holy Islands tours saw a opportunity to provide a service different to many pre paid tours on the island. They aimed to target foot passengers who may of not booked one of the prepaid but still would like to see Holy Island in all its natural beauty.

I was given a opportunity to develop the branding while working with one singular logo already pre made. So I took it into adobe and broke it down, into the other logo versions you see above.

From the brand questionnaire, the brief was to be high class and coastal just in a basic breakdown. They also listed where they'd be going for the tours so these became the colour palette names and I always make sure they have all the right colour codes ready for print.

Having brand guidelines is really important when starting out as it sets the tone for the rest of your content and marketing materials. Having that consistency is what makes branding and marketing work well together as establishing that recognisability with your audience is key as good branding should be able to recognise your business without a name.

Disclaimer: This is only mock up for the purpose of design
